Degree (B.Sc/B.Eng) Programmes Admission Requirement

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Candidates seeking admission into AFIT’s 100 level undergraduate degree and diploma programmes are required to write JAMB UTME examination and AFIT Post-UTME and obtain the minimum departmental cut off mark. All o’level requirements must be obtained in not more than two sittings. Those intending to pursue Postgraduate and 200 level undergraduate degree programmes will be offered direct entry admission if they meet entry requirements. Entry requirements for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes offered in AFIT are as detailed below:

  6. B.Sc. Cyber Security (i) Two (2) A Level passes in science subjects including Mathematics and any of Chemistry or Physics.
  7. B.Sc. Chemistry No Direct Entry Five (5) ‘O’ level credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and any other  subject from Agricultural Science Applied Electricity Auto Mechanics Biology Building Construction Chemistry Electronics Further Mathematics Geography Metalwork Physics a Technical Drawing. (i) Two (2) A level passes including Economics, Principles of Accounting and Management   (ii) ND/HND upper credit at in relevant disciplines Mathematics, English Economics and any other two (2) subjects from Principles of  Accounting Cost, Business Method, Commerce, Geography, Statistics, Government, Office Practice Secretarial duties Financial Accounting Mathematics, Economics any other subject
22. B.Sc. International Relations   No Direct Entry Five (5) SSC credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics, Government or History and any other (3) other subjects Government or History and any two (2) of Economics, Geography, Civic Education, French, Arabic, Islamic Studies and Christian Religious Studies.
